Background: I have lived in Brisbane my whole life. Health and physical education was my favorite subject through out High School. After completing year 12 I did my certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness before starting university. While studying I worked as a personal trainer and receptionist for 2 years in a small gym. After finishing Human Movements I hope to continue studying within the health field.
Played sports: I have played various sports over the years ranging from ballet to kick boxing and tai kwondo, however my favorite was figure skating which I did for 7 years. Now I prefer to work out in the gym and go for walks in order to keep active.
Fitness goals: maintain low body fat and build muscle mass
Favorite foods: burritos & watermelon
How did u start at fitnance: I was given Chris’s details here at fitnance and was lucky enough to score myself 30 hours of practical experience.

Current training scheduler:
Monday: Weights – Back, biceps & shoulders + 20 min cardio
Tuesday: Weights – legs and a run
Wednesday: 30 min walk
Thursday: Weights – Chest and triceps + 20 min cardio
Friday: 30 min walk
Saturday: Spin class/ boot camp/ boxing circuit
Sunday: Rest
