Eben Le Roux on TV!

Eben Le Roux was featured on Channel Nine news last week.

Eben works at Komatsu and successfully pulled a 30+ tonne loader.

Eben heads to the World's Strongest Man finals in Los Angeles this Friday to compete.

You can catch Eben training at Fitnance most Tuesday and Thursday evenings. His recent feats of strength include squatting 300kg for two and 200kg farmer's walk per hand for 15m!

2. Dumbell Clean and press for max reps
105's - 55kg
Open - 65kg

3. Axle clean and press for max weight 4 attempts
105's - start 100kg
Open - start 120kg

4. Car deadlift for max reps

5. Atlas Stone for max height 4 attempts
105's - 130kg Stone
Open - 150kg

6 - Mystery event"
