Personal Training Manager - NORTH QUAY QLD

Fitness First is Australia's leading health club operator with over 90 clubs nationally is seeking a Full-time Personal Training Manager for our North Quay, QLD club.

The Personal Training Manager's main objective is to effectively recruit, manage and develop an exceptional personal training team, in the pursuit of the teams set goals and budgets. This will encompass the development, growth, training and motivation of personal trainer franchisees and nominees. A strong understanding of personal training with the ability to implement the operations, administration and continuous improvement of the Fitness First Personal Training system will therefore be required.

As the Personal Training Manager you don't have to leave your PT business behind. With the opportunity to run your own personal training business around your core responsibilities, you are looking at a high earning potential. You will also have access to a large customer base and support in drawing new clients.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Fitness Leader, possess strong leadership qualities and effective people management skills. Knowledge and experience in personal training co-ordination or experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
