Zumba at Fitnance



Come join the fitness revolution at Fitnance. Zumba is a form of exercise which combines dancing with cardiovascular exercise, and is fun for all involved. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Classes begin at 6:30pm on Mondays, $15 per person. For enquiries call Diana Moncada at 0423594752.

Tai Chi eases aches
Latest research shows that Tai Chi has positive health benefits for Musculoskeletal pain. The research suggests that Tai Chi lessens pain and disability among arthritis sufferers. Researches are now embarking on a new trial to establish if similar benefits can be seen among people with chronic lower back pain. Arthritis is the major cause of disability and chronic pain in Australia, with 3.85 million Australians affected. Lower back pain is most prevalent and costly Musculoskeletal condition in Australia, estimated to cost up to $1 billion per annum, with indirect coasts exceeding $8billion.
