As the Health and Fitness Coordinator your main responsibilities will be to effectively and efficiently coordinate the Health and Fitness business unit through the delivery of a range of professional health and fitness programs and services including 2 commercial gyms. These services contribute towards improving the health, wellbeing and lifestyle of the community and achieving commercial objectives of the Health and Fitness unit.

The successful applicant will bring a minimum 3 years experience in the operational management, resource management and maintenance of a commercial health and fitness centre or related industry. We are looking for someone that is commercially minded to assist the program leader with the reporting and monitoring of annual budgets and financial performance. You will also be responsible for developing health and fitness programs to meet the local business needs.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum requirement of Diploma of Fitness. It is essential that you hold or have the ability to obtain, Current First Aid Certificate, Current Commission for Young Persons Suitability Card and a Class 'C' Drivers Licence.
