I love soccer and currently play for the Lions at Darra in Division 1 and have been offered a scholarship to play in the US but couldn't go because I want to finish high school. I would love to play for a professional club team over in Europe after high school which is why I'm doing the Cert III in Fitness to better understand how to get the most out of my body and my training.

Introducing... Laren and Teagan

Fitanace welcomed eight trainees over the school holiday break from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Last week Alex, Robert, Rhys, Megan, Dan and Tom were here and this week Lauren and Teagan (pictured right) are doing a great job of keeping the gym and our clients well looked after.

"We are halfway through our 12 month course and are currently enjoying it. As part of the program we had to come down to Fitnance for 5 days to gain more knowledge about the course.
