The VELO Battle on the Border "Tweed Daily News" GRAN FONDO is a mass participation social ride for anyone who has a bike and enjoys a pedal. The attraction of the Gran Fondo is for individuals to set personal goals and challenge themselves against the beautiful terrain of the Tweed Valley.
Take up the challenge of 177km or simply stroll along with friends and family down the coast in the Piccolo Fondo or try something in between. The choice is yours. Accommodation packages available for all groups and budgets. So get in early for a great weekend with all battlers.
Unfortunately online Entries are now closed so you can enter the Social Rides the morning of the event Sunday 1st May at Salt Park Bells Bvd, Kingscliff. ensure you register a minimum of 60 mintues before your ride to ensure enough time.
