For those who don’t know me, which is pretty much everyone, my name is Mitchell Cahill and I’m doing my Certificate 3 in Fitness through fitness as a traineeship. I am currently in grade 12 at Chancellor State College, where I do four other subjects as well as this Certificate 3. My favourite sports are AFL, touch football and surf lifesaving. These sports are fun and competitive which suits my behavioural mentality really well as I love the game to be challenging but still fun. I believe that to succeed in sport, you need to have commitment to train hard and eat well, without these major factors you cannot, and will not succeed.
