The Ithaca Creek Swimming Club (ICSC) is seeking an enthusiastic Head Swim Coach to become an integral part of our Swim Club.
Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the entire ICSC swimming program and staff including LTS and squads within the delegated authority of the ICSC Sub-Committee
• Coaching beginner to intermediate level squads (initially) including the design and implementation of detailed programs to suit swimmers of all abilities, Coordinating program levels including the development of competency assessments
• Motivating swimmers and liaising with parents
• Maintaining attendance and performance logs
• Attending club nights and designated swim meets
•  Working collaboratively with the current coaching and management team

The Club is affiliated with Swimming Qld and Brisbane Swimming Association.
Equipment: The pool is a 25m six lane heated open pool.
Schedule: Currently, there are AM and PM sessions all year round
