POSITION INFORMATION
Position Title: Administration Officer (AO)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Hours of Work
Full-time position. Due to the nature of the position some weekend or evening work may be involved.
Remuneration
$40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + superannuation
Overview
The primary function of the Administration Officer is to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to staff, assist in event organisation and provide a high level of customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Relationships
The AO must be able to relate effectively with:
- All TTA staff;
- Board and Committee Chairs and members;
- State Association staff & office bearers;
- Australian Team and Squad members;
- All external stakeholders including sponsors, international and other national federation staff and members of the media.
