Short Description Table Tennis Australia is the National Sporting Federation for the sport of Table Tennis in Australia. Our offices are based in Brisbane at Sportshouse in Milton. POSITION INFORMATION

Position Title: Administration Officer (AO)

Reports To
: Chief Executive Officer

Hours of Work

Full-time position. Due to the nature of the position some weekend or evening work may be involved.

Remuneration

$40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + superannuation

Overview

The primary function of the Administration Officer is to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to staff, assist in event organisation and provide a high level of customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Relationships

The AO must be able to relate effectively with:

  • All TTA staff;
  • Board and Committee Chairs and members;
  • State Association staff & office bearers;
  • Australian Team and Squad members;
  • All external stakeholders including sponsors, international and other national federation staff and members of the media.
