MESSER bio

Hello everyone, my name is Daniel Messer and I am currently in my final year out of a 4 year bachelor of exercise and movement science and business at Queensland University of Technology. I have optimistic goals of where I could go with this degree and have a huge interest in strength and conditioning, exercise rehabilitation and exercise physiology. I enjoy striving for goals that may seem impossible to some, but, in reality quite possible. I am interested in completing further study in 2014 to continue to becoming more specialised in one or more of these areas of interest. I am an active person who trains frequently to achieve personal goals, this being my passion for football (soccer).  I undergo practicum at Fitnance for 3-4 months with the hope of utilising my pre-requisite knowledge to help clients achieve their well sought after goals and ambitions.
