ENGAGEMENT MANAGER - AFL QUEENSLAND

The Engagement Manager will lead and advocate for the integration of Indigenous and Multicultural programs across every component of the business and as a key element of every departmental employee work plan

Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop annual Indigenous & multicultural workplan documents that link into the broader AFL Queensland strategic plan and are reflected in regional work plans across the state.

We seek a self motivated individual with:

·         Experience engaging with culturally diverse communities, Understanding of Indigenous culture and experience working with Indigenous communities, Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills which enable you to influence program delivery, Proven ability to build networks and stakeholder relationships particularly in government and corporate sectors, Qualifications Sports Coaching / Management, Recreation, Education or equivalent depth of experience, Queensland Driver's Licence.
