Position Title: Junior Gold Cup Coaching & Camp; Management Positions

Short Description The Junior Gold Cup (JGC) is a national long term talent development and competition program at U15 and U17 age levels coordinated by the Australian Rugby Union (ARU) in conjunction with local and state based stakeholders. The truly national nature of the Junior Gold Cup competition provides players, coaches, administrators and match officials with the opportunity to be involved in high levels of representative rugby programming and development at national, local and regional levels.

Management positions being offered across both U15 and U17 age groups are:

• Head Coach
• Head coaching and selector role
• Team Manager
• Team logistics and management
• Assistant Coach
• Assistant coaching and selector role
• Strength & Conditioning Coach/Trainer
• Strength and conditioning coordination and coaching

Applications must contain a one page cover letter and one page CV and clearly state the centre, position and age group being applied for. All applicants must possess or be eligible for the relevant working with children card in their state and hold the appropriate coaching accreditation. For coaches a Level 3 is desirable. A level 2 (or willingness to complete the course) is essential. For strength and conditioning coaches an appropriate tertiary qualification is required. All positions require SmartRugby compliance.
