Rugby operations manager position available: The Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) is seeking a Rugby Operations Manager. Based within the Performance Rugby Department (PRD), this position reports into the Head Coach, carries responsibility for the management of all Rugby operations and coordinates a number of initiatives across the performance portfolio to support the operational and commercial objectives of the business. Work type: Full Time Location: Ballymore, Herston, Brisbane, QLD, Australia Responsible for: -Developing and implementing an Integrity strategy within the Performance Rugby Department (PRD). -Managing the Code of Conduct and providing ongoing education to members of the PRD on all aspects of the Code. -Delivering a contracting process which encompasses the negotiation of arrangements between the player, QRU and ARU.
