The successful applicant will have responsibility for the group fitness timetable (approx. 80 classes); weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on class numbers, member feedback etc.; all staffing requirements including insurances, instructor timesheets & cross-checking of payroll, weekly communication, class coverage and back-up as well as involvement in the recruitment of new instructors.
Your passion, enthusiasm and creative flair for all things group fitness will assist you in winning this role.
A high level of communication skills both verbal and written is essential along with a minimum of at least 3-5 years teaching experience and qualifications in a minimum of 2 Les Mills programs. Experience within a similar role will be advantageous.
This is a casual position and requires approximately 10 hours of work per week of which are flexible.
