Introducing.... Nathan

Hi my name is Nathan Dahn,
I'm in year 11 at Yeronga SHS and am completing a Certificate III in Fitness through a traineeship here at Fitnance. I love soccer and currently play for the Lions at Darra in Division 1 and have been offered a scholarship to play in the US but couldn't go because I want to finish high school. I would love to play for a professional club team over in Europe after high school which is why I'm doing the Cert III in Fitness to better understand how to get the most out of my body and my training.

Introducing... Matthew

Hey guys I'm  Matthew Beck,
I am currently in year 10 at Mt Gravatt High School and am completing a traineeship at Fitnance and studying a Certificate III in Fitness. In the future I plan on going to university  to become a physiotherapist. The team at Fitnance are a group of very positive and helpful people who make the day comfortable and fun.

Introducing... Laren and Teagan

Fitanace welcomed eight trainees over the school holiday break from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Last week Alex, Robert, Rhys, Megan, Dan and Tom were here and this week Lauren and Teagan (pictured right) are doing a great job of keeping the gym and our clients well looked after.

"We are halfway through our 12 month course and are currently enjoying it. As part of the program we had to come down to Fitnance for 5 days to gain more knowledge about the course.

I hope you all like the new look of our blog!

I'm Grace, a new trainee at Fitnance and you can expect to hear much more from me here over the next two weeks. I'm half way through a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering at Griffith Uni - because I want to save the planet - and am also a self professed fitness addict. Triathlons and running are my fitness drugs of choice but I you'll also catch me doing anything from yoga to bushwalking to lifting weights.

Finally, BEST OF LUCK to everyone taking part in the GOLD COAST MARATHON FESTIVAL this weekend! Let's to smash out some PBs.
